Written Communication Skills

These are some of the questions to keep in mind when writing.

Do you know your audience? (Who is going to read your stuff?)
Do you have all of the information? (Is it the right info for this audience?)
What is the best way to sequence your work? (Is it logical and does it make sense?)
Who is your independent editor? (Always try to get someone else to read you writing.)
Whether you like it or not, formatting is important. (You may have great content but poor formatting could kill it’s effectiveness)

Most of the time you will do all by yourself, because you are the expert.

But sometimes it is good to run it by a professional.
